GeneStudio uses print-on-demand services to produce and ship all orders. Please review this Shipping Policy before placing an order.
 

1. Order Processing

All products are made to order.

  • Processing time: typically 2–7 business days

  • Processing times may vary during busy periods or due to factors outside our control

Orders are sent to production shortly after purchase and cannot usually be modified or cancelled once processing has begun.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates only and begin once an order has been fulfilled.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: [e.g. 2–5 business days]

  • Europe: [e.g. 5–10 business days]

  • International: [e.g. 7–20 business days]

Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier performance, customs processing, and local conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product type

  • Order size and weight

Any shipping fees charged are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally.

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are unable to offer a refund. Re-shipping may be offered at the customer’s expense.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate with our fulfilment and shipping partners and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Delivered but Not Received

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbours or household members

  • Contacting your local courier or postal service

If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, pandemics, or customs delays.
